We are able to offer new and exciting opportunities through our links with Derek Fatchett City Learning Centre, the BBC and other organisations who, with us, want to see all of our students achieve the highest standards and fulfil their ambitions and aspirations.
Together our facilities are an attractive place for people to work and we are proud of the quality of teaching and support that takes place within the Federation.
Purpose
The Central Leeds Leaning Federation is an innovative organisation that includes City of Leeds School at Woodhouse and Primrose High School in Burmantofts.
The new campus for Primrose High opened in September 2006 and includes Shakespeare Primary School & Children’s Centre in one, all-age ‘through school’.
We are a learning organisation of nearly 2,000 children and young people aged from 3-19.
The Central Leeds Learning Federation was set up in September 2005 and already we are regarded as a flagship organisation that is piloting new ways of working across central Leeds.
